Lisle Township is offering flu and COVID-19 vaccines provided by Jewel-Osco on a first-come first served basis on Wednesday, November 4, from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Lisle Township Supervisor's Office.

Residents and Township Staff are welcome to participate.

No appointment needed.

ID & Proof of insurance required on clinic date. Most insurance accepted.

Pre-Registration is Required.
