  • Mindfulness is an age-old practice that is scientifically validated to increase personal wellbeing and resiliency. Its benefits include stress reduction, mental clarity and improved problem-solving, as well as increased energy, confidence, mood regulation and relaxation. Can you imagine what this could mean to your job search? This experiential workshop will introduce you to different mindful techniques that you can apply to your personal and professional life, and even within interviews.
