Circuit Breaker is an Illinois Department of Revenue program that provides taxrelief, pharmaceutical assistance and a license plate discount to income eligible seniors and the disabled.
You must file each year. Applicants may register online (www.cbrx.il.gov) or stop by the Lisle Township Supervisor’s office to receive a Circuit Breaker Application booklet (Form IL-1363).
