Rick served eight years in the Marine Corps prior to law school. He is a partner with the firm Brooks, Adams& Tarulis in Naperville. Rick has over 20 years experience in township law as Attorney for Naperville and Winfield Townships. Rick was appointed Township Clerk in 2002 and was elected in 2005. He is the President of Township Officials of DuPageCounty, and Treasurer of Township Clerks Association of DuPage County. He has been an active Republican Committeeman for 16 years, has been married to wife Nancy for 29 years, and has two children and two grandchildren.
