Township Supervisor for 7 years, Clerk for 14 years and Trustee for 11 years. Active Republican in DuPage County for over 35 years. BS Degree in Business Administration. Served in a combat zone with U.S. Army. President of C.B. Clarke Co. Member of the Naperville Baseball Association Board of Directors. He and his wife Barbara live in the Century Hill subdivision of Lisle Township, have two grown children and four grandchildren. On September 1st, 2012 Charles filled the vacant position of highway commissioner to complete the term of Michael Dow.
