PARKING VIOLATIONS ALERT
Highway commissioners from the nine townships in DuPage County have entered into a joint agreement with County Sheriff John Zaruba and Circuit Court Clerk Chris Kachiroubas to have a common Parking Ticket Ordinance.
Homeowners (or the highway department personnel) may call the Sheriff’s office to report parking violations and any deputy can issue a ticket. Fines are $25 if paid in 10 days. After 10 days the fine is $75.
