Lisle Township

Thank You, Ryerson Volunteers!

Ryerson’s local Lisle office came out this week and volunteered at the Food Pantry Monday, Wednesday and Friday! The volunteers helped stock shelves and tables for food distribution, and got to support our Pantry customers directly.  Thank you for giving back in our community and making a difference in the lives of our residents!

NAMI DuPage Sponsoring Teen Resiliency Workshops

Lisle Township facilitates the Youth in Crisis Coalition, which is dedicated to preventing youth suicides.  Coalition partner NAMI DuPage is sponsoring a series of half-day Teen Resiliency Workshops.

Trouble handling expectations, school, and stress?  You’re normal, and we can equip you with some ways to deal better!  Want to add some tools to your well-being toolbox?  NAMI DuPage is pleased to offer half-day workshops for teens wanting to explore what resiliency looks like for them. Participants will walk away with exercises and tools they can practice themselves to help deal with stress.
